Before his death by president Bachar el-Assad, he has deposited Five million Six Hundred thousand US Dollars with Sns Bank Nederland with a notary to oversee the funds incase anything happens to him. Due to my health conditions, I will need your assistance to validate your name in the transaction as our legitimate beneficiary.
